Polman Minerals will not be selling at the 2012 Tucson Gem and Mineral Show. However, we will be selling for one evening at the Fluorescent Mineral Society (FMS) general meeting. This meeting will be held on Friday evening, February 10, 2012. The meeting will start at 6:00 PM. I recommend arriving right at 6:00 PM to get first shot at the best specimens. The meeting will be held at the:

The Hospitality Guild for the church will provide an evening meal for about $5.00 - $10.00 per person, or you can bring your own food. Food will be available for sale at 6:00 PM, and will most likely be served for an hour or so. This FMS meeting usually draws anywhere from 35 - 50 people, so it is a great chance to meet others who are interested in fluorescent minerals. There will be door prizes again this year, including one for the person who has traveled furthest to attend the meeting.

As in the past, Polman Minerals will also have many specimens for sale on display in Phoenix, and we would like to invite customers to come up to Phoenix to visit. If you plan on visiting Polman Minerals during the Tucson show, please contact George Polman via email and schedule a date/time to visit. George Polman will be in Tucson many days during the show, concentrating on buying quality fluorescent mineral specimens to post on this website during the upcoming year. If you need to purchase a UV lamp during the show, please email George, and he will arrange to meet you in Tucson with the lamp. If you need to contact George during the show, please email before the show begins, and George will provide you with his cell phone number. Thank you very much, and enjoy the show!
